21-hours of continuing education every three years

• The required core categories include
• Broker Relationships Act “BRA”
• Code and Rules “CAR”
• Fair Housing “FHR”
• Contracts and Forms “CON”
• Professional Conduct “PSC”
• Hot Topic “HOT”

Currently we have our Professional Conduct in review at the state level and will add it as soon as it is approved to complete your bundle of 21 hours. You are receiving an extra course of Inspection & TRR Negotiations to give you a full 21 hours now. Also, your Code of Ethics training required by NAR will serve as a professional conduct hours.
